Hounds Of Basketville

Meet Tom and Beth Williams, owners of The Hounds of Basketville. “For us, 2021 marks 35 years of marriage and as many years of enjoying the hunt of antiques, baskets (especially Longaberger), and furniture that need an updated look or may need a new home. We hate seeing well-built, old furniture get tossed aside because it hasn’t met its full potential.

Tom’s happy place is woodworking and Beth enjoys painting.  We put that love to good use and began this venture with The Perfect Pair to help put our son through college. We try to involve our three kids in our projects from giving design opinions to helping paint and taking product pictures for us.

Our name came from a combination of our youngest daughter’s love of books and Beth’s love of baskets as we tried to make this booth a family affair. Our quest with home-goods started out as a necessity (our first stove was an ironing board with a 2-burner hot plate and a toaster oven) and has become our journey. We hope you enjoy our finds and creations as much as we do!”
