Event Room RENTAL TERMS:  

  • Room rental shall be on a first come, first serve basis. Rental requests will be accepted up to six months in advance. Groups must not exceed the capacity for use of the Event Room.
  • Room availability is at the discretion of The Perfect Pair (TPP.) 
  • The Renter must be 18+ years of age and must be present at all times while the Event Room is rented.
  • All individuals and/or businesses must complete a room rental agreement form and pay 100% of the room rental fee to secure the reservation. The room rental fee is due at least 7 days prior to the reservation date.
  • The Renter will receive an access code to enter the building sent via email one day before the reservation date.
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled rental date will receive a 50% refund.
  • The Event Room must be left in orderly condition: Tables and chairs are provided for use, but set up or tear down is the responsibility of the user. Prior to departure, all food must be removed and garbage must be taken to the dumpster in the parking lot; all tables and counters are to be wiped clean, floor swept, all lights and appliances must be turned off and doors locked. If these conditions are not met, a room clean-up fee of $100 will be charged to the Renter’s credit card. A credit card must be left on file for clean-up charges and will be destroyed once the room has been checked.  
  • The Event Room is rented by the hour and may be booked twice in one day, so there will be an additional $50.00 charge to the Renter’s credit card if the room is not emptied by the scheduled time.
  • Event Room Renters are financially responsible for all loss or damage occurring during use of the Event Room. The property shall not be permanently altered in any way. No objects shall be nailed or directly fastened to any part of the building. Absolutely no tape shall be used on the painted walls. All damages must be reported to The Perfect Pair.
  • The Perfect Pair is a smoke-free and vape-free building. 
  • Alcohol is allowed and is the sole responsibility of the renter and is not allowed outside of the Event Room. TPP is not responsible for any accidents that may be caused due to consumption of alcohol while on our premises.  
  • Absolutely NO glitter/confetti can be used in the Event Room.  
  • The Perfect Pair is under video surveillance. It is understood that The Perfect Pair is in no way responsible for any personal injuries, property damages or other liabilities that may be incurred during use of their facility. The Renter agrees to release indemnity and hold The Perfect Pair harmless of any such damages.    

Any violation of these terms may result in the refusal of future rental of The Perfect Pair Event Room and liability costs for any additional damages as determined at the discretion of The Perfect Pair.
