IN-STORE PICK UP ONLY ITEMS

Furniture and other large items are to be picked up at 266 N State Rt. 121, Warrensburg, Illinois 62573. 

Shipping is available through a second party carrier. We can give you the contact information if you would like to have your item shipped. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. 

DO NOT PURCHASE the item unless you are willing to pay shipping for these larger items.

Shipping Information

Each new order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you  with more information.

The Perfect Pair currently ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Damaged Orders
The Perfect Pair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
